Non-Refundable Policy

All payments for this course are strictly non-refundable once enrolment is confirmed. Preparation for your journey begins immediately, including ceremony design, materials, and sacred space allocation.

 

Your Statutory Rights

Under UK law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from enrolment. You may cancel for a full

refund within this time only if services have not yet commenced.

Important: If you schedule your first session, access course materials, or request services to begin within the 14-day period, you waive your right to cancel and all payments become immediately non-refundable.

Commitment

This 4-month course requires full dedication and participation. By enrolling, you commit to completing the course as outlined.

 

Life Happens - Deferrals

We understand that serious life circumstances may arise (illness, bereavement, etc.). In such cases, we may offer the option to defer or reschedule remaining sessions by mutual agreement. No refunds are issued, but reasonable flexibility is offered in good faith.

 

Deferred sessions must typically be completed within 6 months of the original start date.

 

Missed Sessions

Sessions missed due to non-attendance cannot be refunded or rescheduled unless they qualify for deferral under the above policy.

 

Sacred Work

This work relies on clear intention and mutual commitment. Your financial and energetic investment ensures the medicine flows in trust, respect, and reciprocity.
